Description

Hydraulic lime plastering mortar, for roughcasting/anchoring/consolidation, Classification : GP CS III Wc0 fluid mortar , for preparing old stone and lime substrates. Application by spray gun/machine. Granulometry ≤ 1.5 mm. Beige colour.

Ready mortar

FLUID APPLICATION

EN998-1:2016

Properties

  • Fluid mortar for mechanical projection. Allows for continuous coverage of the entire surface, including recesses, reliefs and irregular areas due to the removal (chipping) of old plaster.

  • Consolidates the surface in all directions and prepares the support to receive lime plaster.

  •  Allows efficient anchoring of other filling/finishing plasters.

  •  Compatible with old stone and lime plasters.

Composition

Composed of hydraulic lime, mineral fillers and specific adjuvants.

Support

Old buildings with exposed stone facades, stone joints in contemporary construction, adobe, rammed earth, old supports in general.

Application instructions

  • Knead Primeplaster-Cal HPF with approximately 5.3 liters of water (per 25 kg bag) manually or with a slow electric mixer, until you obtain a homogeneous, diluted and lump-free dough;
  • Use water free from impurities;
  • The addition of other products may compromise the characteristics of the mortar;
  • Apply mechanically (cup gun or spraying machine) with a continuous stroke, from bottom to top;
  • When using the mixture in mechanical projection, the control of water addition is in accordance with the minimum quantity necessary to ensure good workability;
  • The application of the next plaster mortar must be carried out at least 72 hours after applying the roughcast.
