Description
Primecryl is a liquid based on acrylic resins in aqueous dispersion, ready to apply. It is mainly used for the following purposes:
- Bonding bridge/Adhesion promoter between materials, for example concrete substrates and ceramic bonding;
- Primer for fixing and reinforcing the resistance of supports, for example supports with loose sand;
- Barrier between the support and the finish, for example between a plaster-based support (gypsum plaster or plasterboard panels) and ceramic bonding with cementitious glue;
- Regulator of surface permeability, for example, before applying self-leveling products;
- Transparent surface waterproofing.
Properties
Once dry, it forms a film with the following characteristics:
- Colorless, continuous, cohesive, flexible and superficially quite resistant; No surface tack;
- Heat resistant, without softening;
- Provides high adhesion to a wide variety of substrates;
- Easy to spread, with a slightly creamy appearance and anti-splash spread. • Excellent chemical and mechanical resistance;
- Low level of healing contraction;
- Easy to apply, maintain and clean.
Composition
White liquid based on acrylic resins in aqueous dispersion.
Support
- Plasters, cement screed and hydraulic lime;
- Plaster and plasterboards;
- Concrete;
Application instructions
- Primecryl is ready to apply.
- Shake the liquid before use.
- Spread the product over the surface using a brush, paintbrush or roller.
- Perform a uniform and continuous distribution.
